The accommodation is on one level enabling both bedrooms and lounge to have the most amazing views looking across the sea to the mainland and mountains of Epirus and access to the large terrace and pool.

There's a very well furnished open plan sitting / dining area with large windows and patio doors opening up directly on to the terrace. The kitchen has been extensively equipped with quality fitted units and appliances. Set back from the pool area and in easy access of the kitchen is the large B.B.Q area, The delightful private swimming pool lies to one side slightly forward of the villa with the addition of a “jacuzzi style” childrenʼs pool and surrounded by traditional stone terraces, palms and shrubs, sun loungers temptingly placed under dappled shaded canopies make this a haven for relaxation. A leisurely stroll along the promenade takes you into Gaios passing the brightly coloured fishing boats and an impressive array of yachts.
