Ozias

The hamlet of Ozias is the oldest settlement on Paxos. Most likely the first inhabitants came here around 600 BC.

In the hills between Ozias and Port Ozias Bay the ruins of Agia Marina and Agios Stefanos with great historial value still remain. In Ozias you may walk to Ag. Paraskevi church.

This area is worth exploring and lovely walks can be made.

Beaches can be found south of Ozias and opposite Mongonisi there's a large beach with facilities and taverna.
